Refund policy
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers retain a statutory right of withdrawal from the purchase agreement within a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days from the date of physical possession of the goods. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must exercise this right by initiating the return process and dispatching the merchandise back to the merchant at your own expense; all return shipping costs and liabilities remain the sole responsibility of the consumer. The eligible items must be dispatched in their original, unaltered condition and packaging to the following designated return address: Latvia, Riga, Ezermalas iela 13, LV-1014. Upon receipt and subsequent inspection of the returned consignment to verify its condition, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original payment method, subject to compliance with our standard terms.
